In early 2023, we are going digital with our new mobile banking app where you maintain and monitor your payment statement, account, as well as fee payments anytime anywhere. Purpose

The purpose of the BCCS mobile app is Members of Bihar Co-operative Credit Society Ltd.can view their Account Balances and Transaction Statements of their Deposit & Loan accounts, by logging in through a MPIN set by the user during App registration. The MPIN is stored in the database and accessed through a secure connection via URL https://app.synergicbanking.in

While signing up the App user needs to supply their registered mobile no.which is cross verified by the App in the Society’s database through the URL https://app.synergicbanking.in

The supplied mobile no. is then again verified with the device by sending an OTP. On successful input of the OTP, by the user gets an option set the MPIN for future login.

Also the Admin can send notifications to the app user from WEB through the same URL https://app.synergicbanking.in vice versa the App user can send certain request to the Admin from the Mobile App to Web. The requests are handled manually which is out of the scope of this app.

Scope

The Scope of BCCS Mobile app is restricted to only the Account Holders of Bihar Co-operative Credit Society Ltd. No person outside the Society will be able to register and enter the Mobile App.

The policy is for the members as well as, it same goes for all their workers, consultants, contractors and other third parties who are associated with our society. This policy also applies to all the equipment as well as the application that is leased and owned by the Bihar Co-operative Credit Society Ltd.

We assure you that the personal information which you share with us is never shared with other third parties. We do not send your information to other companies. We may connect some trust able third parties with your app to perform some services such as communication, event management, database, hosting, marketing, and others but if you agree with that then. We may declare the customer’s identity if we see there is any violation created with the agreement which is accepted by both parties.

Data Rectification

You have the right to access your data and if necessary, it will be rectified. You are allowed to consult your data anytime and free of cost. You have also the right to demand incorrect data be corrected and unnecessary data be deleted by cooperating with our society.
