Bihar Vikas Patra

1. Minimum Rs.1000/- in Bihar Vikas Patra And further account can be opened in multiples of 1000/-.

2. Tenure OF account : 7 Years.

3. Issuance of certificate : Certificate will be issued to every account holder of Bihar Vikas Patra.

4. Maturity : At the end of the period, the deposited amount becomes double.

5. Double Nominee System : The account holder can appoint two nominees as per his wish, fixing the ratio of the amount to be received by each nominee. But for this declaration should be made at the time of opening the account.

6. 75% of the deposit amount will be paid as SL loan on demand of the member.

7. Rupees One Lakh security amount will be payable to the depositor member who has deposited more than Rs 50,000 in Bihar Vikas Patra in case of accidental death and in case of accidental death of both the member and the successor depositing more than Rs. 1,00,000, a security deposit of Rs. one lakh will be payable.
